In honor of their historic World Series win, breaking a 108-year long streak, I decided to try my hands at the Chicago Cubs team logo.
The outer (blue) circle isn’t quite ideal, but it’s the best I could do at this size. There’s a lot of tricky half-stud work in the lettering which I’m quite happy with. I designed it using LDraw tools (MLCAD to be specific, I’m old-school) and built it in actual bricks – though I didn’t have enough 1×1 red plates or enough of the blue curved slopes to build it exactly right. I put together instructions using LPub, and here they are!
