Every year BayLUG holds a holiday show in Palo Alto at the Museum of American Heritage, and for the past few years this has featured an annual themed collaboration. This year’s theme is a tour of roadside attractions around the United States, featuring models representing a variety of places around the country.
My contributions to this theme display were fairly minor, a UFO abducting a cow and a drive-through tree in the forest. I also had a few other things on display on the side shelves: my kangaroo, teddy bear, California flag, and Kermit, along with a new model I haven’t blogged about yet, an Ikea lamp that I’ve built a LEGO shade for using clear and trans-color bricks.
I did a video tour of the exhibit just before teardown and edited together a video:
