Flat Santa

Inspired by the adorable Platecraft Snowman by Chris McVeigh I came up with this design for Santa Claus in a similar style.

Here’s a photo of Santa lying on a table.

The arms are adjustable, using a stud as a hinge. He can just barely stand on his own two feet.

There is a loop behind his head which you can use to attach an ornament hook, or just attach a LEGO chain like this:

I didn’t put up a tree this year (the photo above was taken at a friend’s house) so I have him hanging on a doorknob:

  1. You should make him move like those toys where you pull the cord down and the arms and legs pop up.
